Often seen as refined and complicated, French cuisine might seem intimidating to some. “My Traditional French Cooking” is a cookbook aimed at those who would like to cook French dishes but have always been afraid to do so. It is a selection of simple traditional recipes that French families regularly prepare at home.
I have always enjoyed cooking and I have been brought up in a family where food holds an important place. When I came to Australia, I brought this aspect of my French culture with me and started cooking French meals for my friends, sharing the story behind each recipe at the same time. When I saw how much people enjoyed these dishes, I decided to regroup all the recipes and stories in a book.
